The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has developed a Standardization document to “provide guidance to what the HOA has considered and approved previously.” On page 19 of the ACC Standardization the five approved fence stain color options are listed along with these notes.
The original fence stain used during construction is a water-based product not readily available at retail. The following products have been custom created by local retail vendors…
** Residents should realize that there will be slight color differences between fences depending on what the underlying product was, how much prep work was done prior to staining with the new product, the selection of the new product, and the age of the fence among other variables.
